TEAM BUSINESS ADMINISTRATORS / HEAD COACHES

If you are going to be filling out this form you MUST have the COMPLETE Contact Information for the Parent / Guardian of the Player. You must also have the COMPLETE Information for the Player. You will need to have his Number-Name-Position(s)-Height-Weight-Bats-Throws-School In The Fall Of Next Year-HS Grad Year. These are all Required Questions on the Form, you WILL NOT be able to complete the Form if you do not have the COMPLETE Information for the Player.

PLEASE NOTE:  Players, Parents / Guardians / Team Business Administrators / Head Coaches Can Fill Out This Form

If you already have a current SportsEngine account not related to this website, for this registration you can use that account account  If you don't have a SportsEngine Account you will need to create one. When it asks you "Who Are You Registering" Please remember you must select "A New Other" when you Log-In to the Form and then type-in the Players Name, then go to the next page to continue completing the form

Instructions to create a new SportsEngine account:  Go to the League Forms Page to the Player Information Form, click-on Register and create a Username and Password (once you create your Username and Password you will get an email sent to your inbox to Activate your Account) to log-in to the form, once you log-in to the form you Must click in the circle where it says "A New Other" then you Must type-In the Players Name>>> then continue on with completing the form.

 

Player Commitment

By submitting the Player Information Form the player has committed to play for the team selected for the 2024 season.  The player cannot play for another team in the Diamond League without the Head Coach / Team Business Administrator of the original team releasing the player from the team.

The Player Information Form remains in effect until the final out of the Diamond League season.

The Diamond League Player Information Form is for players who have been selected to play on a Diamond League Team, Please proceed through this registration, and review each question carefully.
